Today, I took my fight for justice beyond words and into action. Standing on the public sidewalk outside Kitchener Nissan, I made it clear that I will not be silenced. The same dealership that ignored my concerns, mistreated employees, and fired me in retaliation for speaking up is now being forced to face the truth—right where the public can see it.
Stepping Into the Protest
As I arrived, I felt a mix of determination and adrenaline. The weight of everything I had been through—the bullying, the intimidation, the wrongful termination—was now fuel for something bigger. This wasn’t just about me anymore; it was about every worker who has been mistreated, every employee who has been afraid to speak up, and every person who has been discarded by a toxic workplace.
With my sign in hand and my message clear, I stood firm.
Some people stared.
Some people took photos.
Some people honked in support.
And that’s exactly the point. They are noticing.
The Reaction – Employees, Customers & Management
It didn’t take long for people inside the dealership to notice. Employees peeked through the windows. Management undoubtedly knew I was there. I could feel the tension, but instead of backing down, I stood stronger.
Some customers walking by asked, “What’s going on?” And that was my chance to tell them. I shared my story—the harassment, the retaliation, the toxic culture—and people listened. Some nodded in understanding, others shook their heads in disbelief.
A few people even said, “I’ve heard similar things about this place before.”
That’s when I knew—this problem is bigger than just me.
The Power of Visibility
Protesting isn’t about making noise just to make noise. It’s about bringing hidden injustices into the open. Businesses rely on their public image, and when they treat employees unfairly, they assume no one will ever know.
But now? Now, people do know.
And this is just the beginning.
What Comes Next?
Day one of protesting was about establishing presence. Letting them know I’m here, I’m not backing down, and I won’t stop until there’s accountability.
Tomorrow, I’ll be back.
More people will hear the truth.
More customers will ask questions.
And Kitchener Nissan will realize that ignoring workplace mistreatment isn’t an option anymore.
To anyone reading this who has faced a toxic workplace: You don’t have to accept it. You don’t have to suffer in silence. You have the power to fight back.
I will keep standing until change happens.
Stay tuned for Day Two.
